If there was anything fans took away from the UFC 205 press conference Tuesday afternoon was that we are in for a real treat come Nov. 12th. Tuesday’s press conference was filled with UFC superstars, NYC fans and of course the Notorious One. Fans walked away ecstatic about the first UFC card to ever come the big apple and now its safe to say, we all agree with the title of UFC 205 “Can’t Wait!”

With the likes of Chris Weidman, Frankie Edgar and Joanna Jedrzejczyk all in attendance Conor McGregor to no surprise stole the show. He taunted Eddie Alvarez, he made it known how much he is worth, he simply asked the crowd “Who the f**k is that guy?” when Jeremy Stephens stated he was McGregor’s biggest competition. It was great it was what New York needed to get excited about this history event. Fans are going to pack Madison Square Garden to see if Conor McGregor can achieve what very few have done and that is to become a champion in two weight divisions. However, lets face it Eddie Alvarez is no walk in the park. The way he knocked out Rafael Dos Anjos and his wrestling skills proved he will be a big test for the Notorious one at the 155lb division. Conor predicted he would KO Alvarez inside the first round and Alvarez responded by saying “You know you have no chance” With all the UFC stars on stage the majority of questions were for Alvarez and McGregor which will mostly likely be the situation come Nov. 12th. With all the hype over 205 fans will be in for a historical event and will witness history in many ways. Will McGregor make history? Or will the Notorious one have deja vu of what happen with Nate Diaz? Only time will tell! Besides McGregor vs Alvarez UFC 205 will also feature Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs Karolina Kowalkiewicz, Miesha Tate vs Raquel Pennington and many other exciting fights. Let me know your guys thoughts of the UFC 205 press conference and what are your predictions come fight night!
